The main reason these will not happen is because they are a bit mad, the other is the expense of it all. Is it possible that these crazy homes are in need of insurance for holiday homes?

Underwater Vacation Homes

It has been done many times before so it can be done, the record is actually 63 days. This is more than enough time to fit in your two week vacation which then leads onto the question, is this something that could be a possibility for the future? Well in theory yes it really could be a nice way to spend a vacation. Sat in the middle of a see through house staring at the ocean sounds like a nice way to relax however it is not very likely to happen as the costs are going to be massive.

The good ol fashioned moon landings

With the recent bomb placed on the moon to see if there is in fact anyway we could build a station on there as a half way point from there to Mars it could well be possible that few people could be spending months if not years sat on the moon monitoring probes, the real question is how much is the second home insurance likely to be. Very expensive is the answer to that.

Underground

Underground is always another option out there to take. The great thing about this one is that it is actually possible as there are already caves underground that houses could certainly be built under, as well as this doesnt Batman have his underground base in a cave. Does everyone just want to be Batman?

For normal people a nice holiday home in France could be a better idea so it could be worth buying a house out there, make sure you do not forget your French property insurance.
